Bearing usage factors mainly refer to whether installation, adjustment, use and maintenance, maintenance and repairs, etc. meet the technical requirements. According to the technical requirements for the installation, use, maintenance and upkeep of INA imported bearings, monitor and inspect the load, speed, operating temperature, vibration, noise and lubrication conditions of the operating INA imported bearings. If any abnormalities are found, find the cause immediately and carry out the inspection. Adjust so it returns to normal. Installation conditions are one of the primary factors in usage. Improper installation of bearings often leads to changes in the stress state between the parts of the entire set of bearings. The main internal factors for bearings operating in abnormal conditions and ending their service life early are Refers to the three major factors that determine bearing quality, including structural design, manufacturing process and material quality.
1. Selection of bearing clearance: When purchasing bearings, users generally only tell what model and grade they are in, and rarely make requirements for bearing clearance. Business personnel must ask clearly about the conditions of use of INA imported bearings. Among them, INA imported bearings The rotation speed, temperature and fit tolerance are directly related to the selection of bearing clearance. Generally, motors with speeds below 3500 rpm mostly use CM clearance. For example, high-temperature and high-speed motors require relatively large clearance. After assembly, the bearing clearance will be reduced due to the enlargement of the inner hole and the shrinkage of the outer circle. The reduction in clearance = interference × 60% (except for the bearing chamber made of aluminum). For example, the clearance before assembly of the bearing is 0.01mm, and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, then the clearance after assembly of the bearing is 0.004mm. In theory, the noise and service life of the bearing reach the optimal state when there is zero clearance. However, in actual operation, considering temperature rise and other issues, it is better for the bearing to have a clearance of 0.002mm-0.004mm after assembly.
2. Selection of grease: The selection of grease is generally based on the rotation speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque of INA imported bearings. It requires business personnel to have a good understanding of the performance of various greases.
3. Selection of bearing model: The bearing model is generally selected by the user's technical personnel based on the use conditions and load bearing capacity of the supporting products. The business personnel mainly understand whether the actual load of the user is consistent with the selected bearing. If the cylindrical roller bearing does not meet the usage requirements, the customer should be advised to change the model as soon as possible. However, unless it is a special product, there will generally be no problem in selecting the model.
4. Selection of bearing seal type: The lubrication of INA imported bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease. Oil-lubricated bearings generally use form bearings, and grease-lubricated INA imported bearings generally use dust caps or rubber seals for sealing. The dust cover is suitable for parts with high temperature or good use environment. The seals are divided into contact seals and non-contact seals. The contact seals have good dustproof performance but large starting torque. The non-contact seals have small starting torque but good sealing performance. Not as good as contact.
Bearing disassembly: The INA imported bearing is installed at the root of the steering knuckle shaft. It is difficult to disassemble, mainly because it is inconvenient to operate. You can use a special puller and it can be easily disassembled. Put the two halves of the cone-shaped inner ring of the puller on the inner bearing, tighten the fastening bolt, and then use the puller ring to cover the puller so that it cannot be opened, and then rotate the handle so that the top of the screw is at the center of the steering knuckle end hole and continue to turn the handle clockwise to pull out the inner bearing.
Use old leaf springs to disassemble: Use oxygen cutting to cut two holes slightly larger than the diameter of the tire nut on an old leaf spring of appropriate length according to the center distance of the tire nut. Place the concave surface of the leaf spring facing outward and screw the nut and end into the front end of the steering knuckle. Flush to protect the steering knuckle threads, fill in spacers of appropriate thickness between the leaf spring and the steering knuckle, and tighten the two tire nuts pressing on the leaf spring at the same time. The elasticity of the leaf spring can be used to tighten the The rolling mill bearings pull outward. If the bearing still cannot be removed, hammer the middle part of the leaf spring several times to generate vibration, and then twist the nut.
1. Before disassembly, the relationship between the INA imported bearing and related parts should be clarified: carefully observe the relationship between the position of the bearing and the related parts, analyze the installation process and method, and then formulate the disassembly method and procedure.
2. Try not to dismantle anything that can’t be disassembled: The inner and outer rings of separated bearings usually use an interference fit. In order to ensure the matching accuracy and shorten the repair period, try not to disassemble anything that can’t be disassembled.
3. Use scientific disassembly methods:
(1) To disassemble the journal, force should be applied to the inner ring, and to disassemble the rolling mill bearing on the bearing seat, force should be applied to the inner ring.
(2) When disassembling the inner ring or outer ring of the bearing, the force should be balanced and even, and must not be skewed to prevent it from getting stuck.
(3) When disassembling INA imported bearings, do not use broken objects to knock them. You must use pressure relief or special disassembly tools to disassemble them. In some cases, you can also use copper rods or other soft metal pads to knock them.
